The closing date for this year’s Network Ireland, Louth/Meath Business Woman of the Year has passed and the fate for the cream of local business talent is now in the hands of the independent review panel.
Media consultant and Director at mediatraining.ie, Orlaith Carmody, will MC the proceedings where the theme is inspiration and celebration. The panel made up of Alison Comyn, (Drogheda Independent); Gail McEvoy, (McEvoy Accountants), and Rachel Murphy, (AIB), will be selecting a winner from the categories of Business Woman of the Year Start up and Self Employed, winners for each category will automatically qualify for the Network Ireland national awards in September.
Award winners can look forward to a post event PR campaign at a local level and will be put on the Network Louth/Meath website. Certificates will also be provided at a local level to display on your premises.

“There is a very strong contingent from the Louth/Meath branch this year”, explains President for the Louth/Meath branch of Network Ireland, Lorraine Murphy, “and we are extremely proud that two of our members will have the opportunity to showcase their business at a national level and potentially take home a national award.”
Previous award winners include Anne Reilly, the founder and MD of Paycheck Plus, an award-winning outsource payroll company, Sarah Daly for Louth Craftmark & Creative Spark and Eileen Munnelly of Irish Lives Remembered based in Dundalk.
The winners will be announced as part of the network’s Summer Social Luncheon on July 10th at the D Hotel, Drogheda.
